Apartments
At Sunburst Apartments you can choose from three types of units. There are one-bedroom units, and two types of two-bedroom units: Regular and Large. While they could serve up to four individuals, one or two occupants would be more comfortable.
All units have one bathroom and a space-saver kitchen with a dining area. All units have Electric Baseboard Heaters and Wall Air Conditioners. Basic Cable TV is provided and included in the rent prices quoted below. All units have their own Electric Meter and tenants are billed directly by the power company.
A laundry area with coin operated machines is available on the first floor.
Garages and reserved parking stalls with Electric Plug-ins are available but are in high demand. Reserve them early. Garages rent for $30 a month and Reserved Parking stalls for $6 a month.
